Overview
ELCCO partnered with Kamehameha Schools Maui to replace aging fire alarm and PA systems across its 190,000-SF K-12 campus—delivering safer, smarter, and more resilient life-safety infrastructure.
Executed over two summer construction seasons, the project required careful phasing to keep the campus fully operational for students each fall.
Working as a design-assist partner, ELCCO coordinated more than 1,400 addressable devices, installed a new fiber-optic backbone, and integrated a campus-wide voice-evacuation network—all completed on schedule and without disruption.
