Overview
Luana Garden Villas at Honua Kai is a luxury residential enclave on the 40-acre Honua Kai Resort along Maui’s Kāʻanapali coast. The 196,000-square-foot development places 72 three-bedroom villas in eighteen two-story, four-plex townhome buildings arranged across three enclaves, each with its own pool, spa and fire pit. ELCCO delivered the electrical, telecommunications and life safety scope for every building, every unit and the site around them — from the utility service and metering at each building, through in-unit branch wiring, lighting and controls, to the landscape, pool and water feature lighting that gives each enclave its character. Working building by building under a phased turnover, ELCCO held the same crews through rough-in and trim across all eighteen buildings and offered to double the pace the schedule called for.
