Overview
Lineage is a 2,706-square-foot restaurant at The Shops at Wailea on Wailea Alanui Drive. ELCCO delivered the electrical, fire alarm, and telecommunications scope for the tenant buildout across two permit packages: the interior alteration and the storefront, covered dining, and landscape alterations. The installation centers on a new 150 kVA dry-type transformer and three panelboards tied back to the center’s existing landlord switchboard, an all-LED lighting package with preset-scene dimming, and power and control connections for a food service equipment schedule running past 100 line items. The retail center stayed open throughout, so slab scanning, core drilling, and access into adjoining tenant spaces were held to landlord-approved hours. Scope grew substantially during construction, and ELCCO documented every addition on signed time-and-material tickets.[
