Overview

ELCCO served as the electrical prime and design-assist partner for the $300M Maui Bay Villas, the island’s first new vacation ownership resort in over a decade.

Spanning 27 acres and 388 villas, the resort includes a clubhouse, fitness center, children’s club, and oceanfront beach club. From rebranding through completion, ELCCO partnered with the GC and design team to refine plans, maintain budget alignment, and ensure quality execution through multiple phases.

Using BIM coordination, prefabrication, and design-assist detailing, ELCCO installed power, lighting, telecom, and life-safety systems built for long-term performance—all delivered on schedule and with zero recordable incidents.
